Prof. Witold Pedrycz University of Alberta, Canada


Introduction:
Witold Pedrycz has long been engaged in the research of intelligent computing, information processing, fuzzy systems, artificial intelligence, genetic algorithms and other related fields, and has made important contributions to the research of intelligent learning, knowledge mining and representation of hybrid intelligent systems, and his research work has received wide attention and recognition from peers worldwide. He is a Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, and has served as the chairman or member of prestigious conferences in the field of intelligent computing such as IFSA/NAFIPS World Congress, IEEE Int. Conference on Fuzzy Systems, and IEEE Congress on Computational Intelligence in the past years. Since 2000, he has been the editor of many international journals such as IEEE Trans.

IEEE Fellow, Assoc. Prof. Houbing Herbert Song University of Maryland, USA


Introduction:
Houbing Herbert Song (M'12–SM'14-F'23) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, in August 2012.
He is currently a Tenured Associate Professor, the Director of NSF Center for Aviation Big Data Analytics (Planning), and the Director of the Security and Optimization for Networked Globe Laboratory (SONG Lab, www.SONGLab.us), University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining UMBC, he was a Tenured Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence (TAI) (2023-present), IEEE Internet of Things Journal (2020-present), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (2021-present), and IEEE Journal on Miniaturization for Air and Space Systems (J-MASS) (2020-present). He was an Associate Technical Editor for IEEE Communications Magazine (2017-2020). He is the editor of eight books, the author of more than 100 articles and the inventor of 2 patents. His research interests include cyber-physical systems/internet of things, cybersecurity and privacy, and AI/machine learning/big data analytics. His research has been sponsored by federal agencies (including National Science Foundation, US Department of Transportation, and Federal Aviation Administration, among others) and industry. His research has been featured by popular news media outlets, including IEEE GlobalSpec's Engineering360, Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), Security Magazine, CXOTech Magazine, Fox News, U.S. News & World Report, The Washington Times, and New Atlas. 
Dr. Song is an IEEE Fellow, an ACM Distinguished Member, and an ACM Distinguished Speaker. Dr. Song has been a Highly Cited Researcher identified by Clarivate™ (2021, 2022) and a Top 1000 Computer Scientist identified by Research.com. He received Research.com Rising Star of Science Award in 2022 (World Ranking: 82; US Ranking: 16). Dr. Song was a recipient of 10+ Best Paper Awards from major international conferences, including IEEE CPSCom-2019, IEEE ICII 2019, IEEE/AIAA ICNS 2019, IEEE CBDCom 2020, WASA 2020, AIAA/ IEEE DASC 2021, IEEE GLOBECOM 2021 and IEEE INFOCOM 2022.

Prof. Fuchun Sun Tsinghua University, China


Introduction:
Prof. Fuchun Sun received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University, Beijing, in 1997. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is the Executive Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technologies and Systems, a member of the overall expert group on robotics of the National Key Research and Development Program, and a member of the Steering Expert Group of the Major Research Program "Cognitive Computing of Audiovisual Information" of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.His current research interests include intelligent control and robotics. Prof. Sun was the recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. As a subject leader, he has presided over five national projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of Major Instrument, Major International Cooperation, and the National 863 Program Key Project. He has translated one book and three monographs, published more than 200 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad, and authorized more than 10 national invention patents. He received the first prize of Innovation Award and Progress Award of Wu Wenjun Science and Technology Award of Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, the second prize of Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality, and the first prize of 18th Choon-Gang International Academic Award of Korea. He led the team to win the second place and the first place in the international deep learning and robot dexterity operation competitions.
He is the Editor-in-Chief for Cognitive Computation and Systems and an Associate Editor for a series of international journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Mechatronics, and Robotics and Autonomous Systems. He is an Editorial board member of the national journals "Chinese Science: Series F" and "Journal of Automation". He is the director of the Cognitive Systems and Information Processing Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence and the director of the Cognitive Computing and Systems Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation.
Speaker 4:
Prof. Hesheng Wang Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China


Introduction:
Hesheng Wang is a Professor of Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His research interests include visual servoing, service robot, robot control and computer vision. Dr. Wang is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, Assembly Automation, IET Cyber-systems and Robotics, the International Journal of Humanoid Robotics, a Technical Editor of the IEEE/ASME Transactionson Mechatronics, an Editorial Advisory Board in Advanced Intelligent Systems. He served as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactionson Robotics from 2015 to 2019. He served an editor in Conference Editorial Board of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society since 2021. Prof. Wang is actively involving in organization of international conferences. He served as organizing committee member for many international conferences such as ICRA and IROS. He was the program chair of the 2014 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics, the program chair of the 2019 IEEE/ASME International Conference on Advanced Intelligent Mechatronics, and the general chair of the 2016 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics. He is the general chair of the 2022I EEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics. He was a recipient of Shanghai Rising Star Award in 2014, The National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars in 2017 and Shanghai Shuguang Scholar in 2019. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.

Prof. Min Liu Hunan University, China


Introduction:
Min Liu is a Professor at Hunan University. He received his bachelor degree from Beijing University and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. He was a research intern in HHMI Janelia Farm Research Campus and a research scientist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning. He is currently on the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Journal of Intelligent and Robotic Systems, Journal of Command and Control, and on the editorial board of Acta Automatica Sinica (SCI IF. 6.17): 6.17). He is a member of the Pattern Recognition Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, a member of the Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation, a member of the Visual Cognition and Computing Committee of the Chinese Society of Graphics, and a Science and Technology Commissioner of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry Chain in Changsha. In the past 5 years, 12 students have been awarded the national scholarship for postgraduate students, 3 students have been awarded the excellent graduate of Hunan Province, and 2 students have been awarded the excellent master's thesis of Hunan Province.
